Nice photo book, slow shipping

I ordered a Lay Flat Photo Book for our family photos. The design interface was pretty easy to use, and I liked how many layouts were available. The finished book's quality is quite good, the lay-flat pages are exactly what I wanted for panoramic shots. My main gripe was the shipping speed; it took just over two weeks to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long compared to other services I've used. Nah, pretty sure it's only one code per order. I tried to stack a percentage off with free shipping last month and it wouldn't let me. Had to pick one.

Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month. My cover came a bit smudged and they sent a replacement really fast after I contacted support. No hassle.

I've never had to return anything myself, but I heard from a friend they're pretty good about it if there's an issue with the print quality or something. They want you to be happy with it.

I've used both Mixbook and Shutterfly, and Mixbook definitely feels more premium. The paper quality and color accuracy just seem a bit better to me. My family always comments on how nice their books look.

honestly, it's pretty good. I made a travel book last year and the images really popped. not sure if it's 'better' than shutterfly as in night and day, but you won't be disappointed.

how long does shipping usually take to like, California? trying to get a birthday gift ready and need to know if I should pay for expedited.

From my experience to SoCal, standard shipping usually takes about 7-10 days after it's been produced. So if you're cutting it close, expedited might be worth it. Production itself can take a few days too.

Mine took about a week and a half total, to NorCal. That was standard shipping. They usually give you an estimated delivery date in the cart though.
